Arrivals from lunch-time onwards. all leisure facilities available but rooms may not be ready until 4p.m.

1) 17.00 - 18.30  Welcoming the group and unwind with Yoga.

    18.30            Evening meal          

Saturday

2) 7.45 -8.45     Early morning Chi-Gung or Yoga

    8.45                Breakfast

3) 10.30 - 1 1.30       Mantra, Movement and Mudra

4) 11.45 - 13.15        Asana session

5) 17.00 -18.15       Dance or Laughter or Therapy workshop - see individual programme

      18.30              Evening meal

 8.30 p.m.               optional evening out!

Sunday

6) 7.45 -8.45      Early morning Chi-Gung or Yoga

    8.45 a.m.            Breakfast

7) 11.00 -12.30     Asana session

8) 17.00 - 18.30  Pranayama and Yoga Nidra

     18.30               Evening Meal

9) 20.00           Meditation

Monday

10) 7.40-8.40     Early morning Yoga

    8.45am           Breakfast - vacate rooms by 10 a.m. but leisure facilities

                         available all day.
